SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY 

Matt Weatherly is the President and Owner of Public Sector Personnel Consultants, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in public sector position classification and compensation. He has had the opportunity to work with over 500 public employers throughout the United States to create lasting solutions to compensation and salary administration needs. He and his co-workers have enjoyed working with nearly 100 public employers in California.

He has completed projects in staff development, recruitment, selection, job descriptions, salary survey, and total compensation plan development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University.

Matt lives in Arizona with his wife, Tara and their two children.
