Dr. Aaron Shaffer is a coach and organizational effectiveness consultant with 20+ years of international experience in leadership development, talent strategy and practices, and strategic transformation.  He partners with HR leaders, boards, key leaders, and valued talent to unlock individual and organizational potential and drive breakthrough performance.  He held senior HR roles at Motorola and ITT Industries, and teaches and guest lectures at universities including UC Irvine, Webster, Chapman, Claremont, Pepperdine, and Ashridge.  Dr. Shaffer is also a long-time OC resident, a cyclist, and a proud Air Force dad.
