How to Earn Recertification Points
Maintaining your certification is straightforward. Here’s how you can earn points through our training programs:
- Programs lasting 6 hours or more per day: 3 points
- Programs lasting less than 6 hours per day: 1 point
To keep your certification current, you need to accumulate 50 recertification points every three years. Here’s what you need to do:

- Participate in professional development activities: Courses, conferences, and webinars count toward your recertification.
- Log your activities: Enter your completed courses, conferences, and webinars in your PSHRA recertification portal.
- Pay the recertification fee: Ensure you pay the fee before your certification expires.

Remember, you can start earning points immediately after receiving your initial certification. However, points cannot be carried over to future recertification periods.
